Memento (Mori) is a merchandise and clothing brand created by artist Roki Taylor. The term is Latin for "remember death". The phrase and this logo, is to remind us of our mortality; and with this in mind, we can more efficiently live life to its fullest potential.
Most of us do not live day to day with our mortal nature in the forefront of our thoughts. But perhaps once you do, you can chase that dream you've been procrastinating on. You can stop worrying about the trivial things. Or you can tell someone how you truly feel. Life becomes more urgent and meaningful when you look at it from a finite perspective. It is ultimately the reminder we all desperately need.
